IMPORTANT HOLIDAY CLUB LOCATION CHANGE - BRIGHTON & HOVE

by

As you know we have been working behind the scenes to ensure we have some fun in the outdoors this Summer.

Please read on to find out about venue location changes for Hove Park and St. Ann's Wells bookings.

The parks have been particularly busy over the last month and we anticipate that once all schools 'break up' on the 23rd July they will get busier.      With this in mind we have been considering what would be sensible alternative location and we have found the perfect 'exclusively ours' location at Cottesmore St. Mary’s Catholic Primary School - just 10 mins walk from both St. Ann’s Well Gardens and Hove Park.  The school has always been particularly supportive of the club.   We are very much looking forward to setting up ‘camp’ here for the Summer, we will have a huge field area and a wonderful Forest School Area setting, our own running water and we will be providing our own toilets on the field site.

  •  20th, 21st, 22nd July Holiday Clubs will still take place in Hove Park
  •  If you have booked a holiday club at either St. Ann’s Well Garden or Hove Park please note the holiday club will now take place at Cottesmore St. Mary’s Catholic Primary School,  The Upper Drive, Hove,  BN3 6NB - Drop off & pick up will be at the field entrance.
  •  Your booking is confirmed at the new Cottesmore School location, you don’t need to do anything
  •  Information is now being updated on the website and you will get a new booking confirmation emailed to you from our booking system early next week.
  •  We are hoping to be able to release some additional spaces at the clubs early next week so if you are on the wait list please keep an eye on your emails.
  •  If you would like to CANCEL because of the new location please email which date/location/child name

We hope you agree this is a good solution and will make for the most fun of Summers.   Its been exciting (and a little overwhelming) but not surprising to see such demand for the clubs.  We have staff training planned to start next week and we are all as excited as you are about getting out to play.

Our telephone line is still down (engineer due again Monday) but I am on email to deal with any enquiries.   Please be patient, we are still working with very limited office staff.

Adventure on!
