BIRTHDAY PARTIES

WHAT WILL THE KIDS BE DOING? 
LOTS OF SILLINESS, FRESH AIR, GAMES AND ADVENTURE!  

The Outdoors Project mission is for children to have lots of fun together in the outdoors. We have lots of exciting themes available for the birthday child to choose from (see below!)

Depending on group size there will be one or two instructors running the party. During the party we will have a birthday ‘moment’ where we’ll have a mud cake (not edible!), sing happy birthday and present the birthday child with a club members T-shirt and their choice of one of our unique collectable patches. We’ll take some photos to share with the birthday organisers to remember the day. 

BIRTHDAY PARTY ACTIVITIES & THEMES

• Pokémon: Embark on a Pokémon adventure! Create your own Pokémon or building Poké balls to take home along with playing a few rounds of Poké Ball Run. Gotta catch them all!
• Minecraft meets Wildcraft: Collect your elements, build and maintain your village, earn reward pixels and protect your land and villagers. Watch out for the Creeper!
• Bushcraft party: Toast marshmallows, build shelters and learn firelighting skills.
• Harry Potter: Whittle your very own enchanted wand or make an enchanted potion and play magical wizard games!
• Nerf: NERF Action! Capture the Flag, Search & Destroy and V.I.P. Great fun for Nerf enthusiasts!
• Mini Blobsters and Mini Shelter Building (Recommended for young groups). For our smaller friends! Create mini-clay beasts and mini-settlements for them to live in. The creations can be taken home of course, and should attention start to wander, we have lots of mini-beast games to play: Ant Hospital and Spiderman Tag are some of our favourites. 

LOGISTICS FOR THE DAY
LOCATION: Our birthday parties can be booked on Saturdays with a start time of 10am, 12pm or 2pm start time. Parties can be booked throughout the year (excluding August when we are busy with holiday clubs!). Our main party location is Engayne Primary School in Upminster. However, if you have a different venue in mind, please send us the details and we may be able to accommodate your request.  

COST:

£200 for up to 15 children

£250 for up to 20 children

£300 for up to 30 children

Duration: 1.5 hours

Age Range: 5 - 12 years

WILL YOU REALLY BE OUTDOORS ALL THE TIME?

DEFINITELY! We'll be there, rain or shine!

WHAT TO WEAR/BRING
We operate outdoors, whatever the weather! Please make sure children have suitable clothing and footwear.  Hats, coats, gloves, waterproof trousers for colder months and sun cream & sunhats for summer months.

Suitable Footwear – Depending on the season, we will be active and getting muddy! Wellies or waterproof boots are advisable for Autumn & Winter and trainers for Spring & Summer (no flipflops or open-toe shoes). 

Additionally, a water bottle (we can refill on site) and any medical equipment (please hand to the lead instructor on arrival with any instructions)

WHO ARE THE INSTRUCTORS? 
The Outdoors Project instructors are fully trained: all have enhanced DBS checks, first aid and safeguarding training. They’re energetic, enthusiastic, caring and engaging, ensuring to keep the kids entertained all session, with the main focus on FUN! (See our team page for more information)
