BIRTHDAY PARTIES

We run Birthday parties all year round Reigate & Redhill and surrounding areas.  Our main venue is Churchfields Memorial Gardens (RH2 7AB / w3w ///dreams.grain.count), part of the RSM playing fields. This is a secluded, private area which has excellent open space for a brilliant outdoors birthday experience, as well as toilet facilities and plenty of parking. We can also run parties in other locations and are happy to discuss private gardens or other options in the surrounding areas.

WHAT WE OFFER:

BIRTHDAY PARTY ACTIVITIES & THEMES

HARRY POTTER WAND CRAFTING / POTION MAKING

• Whittle your very own enchanted wand or brew a powerful potion & play magical wizard games!

WILDCRAFT VS MINECRAFT  

• Collect your elements, build and maintain your village, earn reward pixels and protect your land and villagers. Watch out for the Creeper! 

NERF 

• NERF Action! Capture the flag, Search & Destroy & Base defending style games. Great fun for Nerf enthusiasts!  

MINI BLOBSTERS & MINI SHELTER BUID  

• (Recommended for ages 5-6). For our smaller friends we love working with the children to make mini clay beasts and mini settlements for them to live in. The creations can be taken home of course, and we have lots fun mini-beast games to play: Ant Hospital and Spiderman Tag are some of our favourites.  

BUSHCRAFT 

• Toast tasty marshmallows & either build a survival shelter OR Master your fire lighting skills! (We’ll tailor this based on age group / requests) 

POKEMON

• We'll be embarking on a Pokemon adventure in the park and creating our own Pokemon, making Pokemon balls to take home too. Along with playing Poke Ball Run & Lagori "Pokemon Stack Attack "Gotta catch them all!”

SUPER MARIO

• Build your very own Yoshi Egg, play ‘Bowsers Fury’ and Energetic run around Mario Games. An outdoors spin on the popular video game.

SURVIVE JURASSIC ISLAND

• Scavenger hunt for fossils and survival equipment, then build your dens to keep out the pesky dinosaur! Along with lots of dinosaur games of course.

AMONG US

• Based on the popular video game, for those wannabe spies & spaceship survivors - hone your skills in deception, mystery, & intrigue… Join us for an outdoor adaptation of Among Us, as you work out who the imposter is, & create your very own character to take home.

WILL YOU REALLY BE OUTDOORS? DEFINITELY!

We are outdoors year round. In the event of rain we can rig a shelter but the children will be getting rained on for certain activities, eg nerf. In our experience, children are generally unconcerned by rain but we appreciate that a shelter for parents, cakes and presents would come in handy if the forecast is iffy. 

WHAT TO WEAR / BRING:

YES WE WILL BE OUTDOORS ALL THE TIME! Please make sure your guests are aware that this is an outdoors party & they wear suitable clothing & footwear for the outdoors. Hats, coats, gloves, waterproof trousers for colder months, and sun cream & sunhats for summer months.

WHO ARE THE INSTRUCTORS? 

The Outdoors Project instructors are fully trained, and all have DBS checks, First Aid training and lots of experience with children in the outdoors! They’re energetic, enthusiastic, caring and engaging with a focus on keeping the kids entertained, with the main focus on FUN!
