Party Timing: Parties run for 1.5 hours, please chat with us to find a time that works.

CHOOSE YOUR ACTIVITY:
Minecraft vs Wildcraft – Build and maintain your village, earn reward pixels, and protect your land and villagers. Watch out for the Creeper!
Nerf – NERF Action! Capture the flag, Search & Destroy & Base defending style games. Great fun for Nerf enthusiasts!
Bushcraft – Toast tasty marshmallows & either build a survival shelter OR Master your fire lighting skills!
Harry Potter – Wand Crafting – whittle your very own enchanted wand & play magical wizard games!
‘Among Us’ Spy Camp - Based on the popular video game, for those wannabe spies & spaceship survivors. Hone your skills in deception, mystery, & intrigue… Join us for an outdoor adaptation of Among Us, as you work out who the imposter is & create your very own character to take home.
Super Mario - The kids will build their very own Yoshi Egg to take home & play ‘Bowser's Fury’ as we take a positive, outdoor spin on technology use.
WHAT WILL THE KIDS BE DOING?
LOTS OF SILLINESS, FRESH AIR, GAMES AND ADVENTURE! The Outdoors Project's mission is for children to have lots of fun together in the outdoors. We have four exciting themes available for the birthday person to choose from.
The birthday party will be all together in a private group for their activities.
Depending on group size there will be one or two instructors running the party. At the end of the party, we will have a birthday ‘moment’ where we’ll sing happy birthday and present the birthday child with a goodie bag containing a club member's T-shirt and their choice of one of our collectable patches.
LOCATION: BACK AT PARKS NEAR YOU!
We are back running parties at local parks in Worthing (preferred location Goring Gap) and Shoreham (preferred location Buckingham Park). For locations outside Worthing and Shoreham, we would ask for a larger party of up to 30 (or more) children.

DO ADULTS STAY WHILE THE PARTY RUNS?
Up to you! Sometimes parents want to get a bit involved with the activities or there's a younger sibling who wants to run around with the bigger kids too. Being in parks gives us the freedom for this to happen, but if you wish to drop the kids to us, leave us to it, and then come back 90 minutes later to pick up that's fine too.
WILL YOU REALLY BE OUTDOORS ALL THE TIME? DEFINITELY! - WHAT TO WEAR/BRING
Please make sure you have suitable clothing and footwear for the time outside. Hats, coats, gloves, waterproof trousers for colder months, and sun cream & sunhats for summer months.
- Suitable Footwear – Depending on the season, we will be active and getting muddy!! Wellies or waterproof boots are advisable for Autumn & Winter and trainers for Spring & Summer (no flip flops).
- A water bottle
- Any Medical Equipment please hand to the lead instructor on arrival with any instructions.
FOOD
We do not provide food, parents may wish to bring lunch/snacks cake, and party bags for their group.
WHO ARE THE INSTRUCTORS?
The Outdoors Project instructors are fully trained, and all have DBS checks, First Aid training, and lots of experience with children in the outdoors! They’re energetic, enthusiastic, caring, and engaging with a focus on keeping the kids entertained all day, with the main focus on FUN!
