We run Birthday parties all year round Wokingham & Bracknell and surrounding areas. We run our parties in green spaces and have our favourite locations to recommend but we are happy to discuss private gardens or other options in the surrounding areas.

PARTY SLOT OPTIONS & PRICING
Every Saturday. Choose your slot: 11-12:30pm or 1:30pm-3pm. Please scroll down for availability. To make a booking, please fill out the birthday enquiry form at the bottom of this page.

£200 for up to 15 Children

£250 for up to 20 Children

£300 for up to 30 children

£50 deposit is required at time of booking

Final balance due two week's before the event

PARTY ACTIVITY THEMES:

HARRY POTTER WAND CRAFTING – whittle your very own enchanted wand & play magical wizard games!

WILDCRAFT VS MINECRAFT – Collect your elements, build and maintain your village, earn reward pixels and protect your land and villagers. Watch out for the Creeper!

NERF – NERF Action! Capture the flag, Search & Destroy & Base defending style games. Great fun for Nerf enthusiasts!

BUSHCRAFT - Either build a survival shelter OR Master your fire lighting skills and toast tasty marshmallows (We’ll tailor this based on age group / requests)

MARIO – Bowsers Fury and Yoshi Eggs

CAMPFIRE COOKOUT – Kelly Kettles, hot chocolate around the campfire and stick whittling for s’mores

WILL YOU REALLY BE OUTDOORS ALL THE TIME? DEFINITELY! - WHAT TO WEAR/BRING

Please make sure you have suitable clothing and footwear for the time outside. Hats, coats, gloves, waterproof trousers for colder months and sun cream & sunhats for summer months.

Suitable Footwear – Depending on the season, we will be active and getting muddy!! Wellies or waterproof boots are advisable for Autumn & Winter and trainers for Spring & Summer (no flipflops).

A water bottle can be useful.

WHO ARE THE INSTRUCTORS?

The Outdoors Project instructors are fully trained, and all have DBS checks, First Aid training and lots of experience with children in the outdoors! They’re energetic, enthusiastic, caring and engaging with a focus on keeping the kids entertained, with the main focus on FUN!

CAN I BRING A CAKE/GOODY BAG/FOOD TO GIVE OUT? The party organiser is welcome to distribute any goody bags, cut a cake, and/or have snacks if they wish at the end of the party. Please let the instructors know on arrival if so, so we can allow time at the end of the party. Please make sure you're finished & have left the location by no longer than 10 minutes after your party slot ends. Also, please be mindful of any allergies in your group if you decide to bring food.
