Home/ FAQs/ What do my children need to bring/wear?

Our after school clubs all take place on school premises for 1 hour after school during term time. Please check with your school reception for exact meeting and collection points within your school.

All bookings can be made through our website using our online booking system. You need to register for an account, add your child to the account along with their Date of Birth and School, and any medical issues we need to be aware of. You can then follow the links on the right hand side of the page to book your chosen course.

Contact us HERE or 01273 933781 to check availability and reserve your date. A £50 deposit is required to book an Outdoors Project party, which will be deducted from the final price.

We provide all the equipment, insurance, DBS checked & first aid qualified instructors for all of our activities.

For holiday clubs - Please bring plenty to drink and a packed lunch.

For all clubs - Please wear clothing and footwear suitable for the weather - raincoats and wellies/sunhat and suncream.

The Outdoors Project party will run in all weathers, unless it is dangerous to do so. Bring raincoats and wellies (or hats and sun cream!).

Our most popular locations in Brighton include Hove Park, St Ann's Well Gardens and Stanmer Park. Further afield, local public parks and green spaces, wooded areas and private gardens are always popular. Please speak to us for more guidance.

If your child is away from school or will not be attending the after school club or a holiday club,  please call The Outdoors Project office to inform us on 01273 933781.

Please see our Terms and Conditions for our cancellation policy.

Our most popular parties by far are our Nerf Battle or Wild Forest parties, other popular activities include  Bushcraft Survival Skills, Woodland and Environmental Games or Air Toys session.
