We are recruiting - Brighton & Hove Club Manager
Due to continued growth, a fantastic opportunity has developed for the right individual to join The Outdoors Project as Brighton & Hove Club Manager.
Do you want to inspire the next generation? A rare opportunity for a year round, full time position working in the outdoor childcare and activities sector.
We are looking for a qualified club leader to manage our team and provide effective guidance on the running of clubs.
You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members and club locations on a daily basis.
You will also deliver regular club sessions for primary school children in an immersive and nature based environment, leading on a wide range of fun activities.
We anticipate the role split 50/50 between time spent at outdoors delivering clubs with the team and 50% office based club management; managing sites, activities and recruiting, training, managing and motivating club staff and reporting progress.
Start date: June 2023
Salary: £25,000 - £27,500 depending on experience.
