MEET BEN, HEAD OF FRANCHISE GROWTH AT THE OUTDOORS PROJECT

We're very pleased to introduce Ben Speed, Head of Franchise Growth at The Outdoors Project.

Ben joined us with a wealth of experience in helping franchisees create profitable and well managed franchise business. Prior to The Outdoors Project Ben worked at Riverford Organic Farmers, where he grew their franchise business from £40 million pound turnover, to over £100 million in 2021.

The Outdoors Project gives children a chance to explore, be leaders, investigators, become curious about the world around them and learn something new at almost every session.

Every child is unique with individual interests and behaviours, we like to look at their characteristics and construct a session that will interest and engage them in their own way without too much pressure on achieving and here's a bit about how we go around it.
